Hire Semilla de Maiz for all of your catering needs!! We hired them for our wedding a few weeks back and they surpassed all of our expectations. Gerardo was so kind, organized, and communicative which we appreciated. We did a tasting ahead of our wedding and landed on the stuffed chicken and trip tip meal. For our appetizers they were able to accommodate little cheese plates and shrimp cocktail! Yum! All of our attendees loved the food and the staff was professional, helpful, and took care of our guests. Thank you to team for feeding our favorite people!!
